In the Altai Territory, a cluster approach has been used in the development of medical services. The cluster association, organized in 2009, included6 medical organizations, which are clinical bases of 25 departmentsAltai State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia. More than20 doctors and 90 candidates of medical sciences, 22 Honored Physicians of the Russian Federation. More than half of doctors and specialists with secondary medical education have higher and I qualification categories.

The cluster includes medical organizations that differ in the profiles of the medical care provided, create the possibility of providing medical care when a patient has a combination of various types of diseases and simultaneous damage to several organs and systems, taking into account the individual characteristics of the course of the pathology.

Cluster medical organizations are equippedmodern medical equipment,allowing to perform a wide range of currently known diagnostic tests and interventions.

Use of modern information technologiesallows primary care physicians to personalize activities depending on the individual characteristics of the course of pathology in specific patients, highlighting the most vulnerable groups, to which special attention is paid to prevent complications and deaths.
