• Memorial Museum Zolotukhin
Altai Territory, Bystroistok district, Bystry Istok village, st. Soviet, 6-b.
MuseumValeria Zolotukhinain his native village was opened in the summer of 2016, to the 75th anniversary of his fellow countryman. The exposition works as a branch of the Barnaul State Museum of History, Literature and Culture of Altai (GMILIKA). She supplemented the memorial complex of the popular actor and writer in Bystry Istok.

There are more than 300 exhibits in the halls of the new museum. Some of his personal belongings were donated to the GMILIK funds during his lifetime by Valery Sergeevich himself, the rest were shared by colleagues, friends and Zolotukhin's family. You can get acquainted with the "intangible" heritage of the People's Artist and artistic director of Taganka (and his creative baggage includes 40 theatrical and 100 film roles, dozens of books written) right in the halls - looking at the changing images of several screens, listening to audio recordings with headphones - or downloading information of interest for home viewing.

“We wanted to make a museum so that the living word of Zolotukhin sounded in it - from literary works and diaries, songs, films and theatrical performances,” says Igor Korotkov, director of GMILIKA. Thanks to this approach, guests of the museum learn "firsthand" about Valery Sergeevich's attitude to art, people and their small homeland, see the actor in his best images. There are seats for spectators in the museum hall: two large screens are intended for demonstration of films and video films.

For guests who have come from far away, the Museum Shop is open: the reprints of his books, biographical and art history works will become the memory of the visit to the homeland of the actor and writer. A special souvenir line has also been developed: thematic magnets and badges with images of the museum, frames from films with Zolotukhin's participation, views of the Bystry Istok and the Memorial Complex.
