Several unusual figures made of iron plates appeared on the lawn near the Mir cinema in 2007. A policeman with a baton, Charlie Chaplin's character and a woman cameraman - this is a frozen chase scene of the silent film era.
The author of the retro-style composition that appeared on the site of the former fountain is metal sculptor Eduard Dobrovolsky.
