The four-story building in the style of Stalinist classicism was built in 1930-1941 by the architect A.V. Baransky.
Initially, it housed the regional committee of the CPSU, and after the 1990s - the Altai regional court. The building itself is now called the House of Justice.
The House of Justice is located in the center of Barnaul, on Lenin Avenue.
