At the memorial museumGerman Titov(Museum of Cosmonautics) you can see a piece of real lunar soil and an exact copy of the first satellite, examine all the details of the Sokol spacesuit in full size and look through the logbook of the youngest cosmonaut on the planet.

The funds of the museum store more than 9 thousand exhibits - from models of spaceships, rare photographs and documents from the history of space exploration to things that belonged to the Titov family. Unique newsreels and thematic exhibitions from private collections, cosmonautics festivals and interactive excursions - a series of memorable events in one of the most interesting museums in the region attracts many guests.

The museum complex includes the building of the seven-year school, in which German Titov studied from 1945-1950, and a new building with exhibition halls and a storage facility. Both parts of the museum complex are connected by an underground passage. Two memorial halls in the building of the former village school are filled with exhibits from the childhood of German Titov and the life of his family. The “ascent” from the predecessors and founders of cosmonautics to the smallest details of the “Altai footprint” in its history - this is how the journey through the halls in the new building of the museum is being built.
