Altai flavor in collaboration with European quality traditions is felt in the details. Here they themselves grow up on ecologically clean meadows of Altai breeds, from which they get marbled beef, tender turkey and juicy pork. They lovingly bake bread from local flour using German equipment and brew drinks from high-quality raw materials brought from Germany at their own brewery.
