Scientific –practical conference “The questions of integration of historic-cultural heritage in the development of the sphere of tourism. ” Holding of such event in Altai Kray is not accidental. “Today our region is on the first place in Siberian Federal Okrug by the number of objects of cultural-historic heritage. The are very important part of tourism ”,-considers Elena Evsukova, the deputy of the head of directorate of Altai Kray by the development of tourist-recreational and health-resort complex.

Aleksey Tishkin, the pro-rector by scientific and innovative development of Altai State University, said that the objects of cultural-historic heritage are the same wealth as petroleum and other minerals. He also underlined the important role of science in the formation of tourproduct. “It is abnormal to realize tourist practice without research base! Today we are faced with a lot of misrepresentations od historical facts including published one. Sometimes when reading you are shocked because there is now scientific support- says Aleksey Tishkin. – Of course scientific community has to cooperate actively with the representatives of tourcommunity, make its knowledge accessible to a general public and specialists of tourist sector. ”

The idea of preservation of history and culture, and also interweaving of them into tourist sphere are divided among all the participants of the conference. The representatives of Republic of Kazakhstan underlined the importance of international meetings:”Ethnographic, cultural and cognitive tourism advance in popularity in many countries. Not so long ago I was in Byelorussia, and I was impressed by ethnographic museum, impressed by the way they pay attention to rituals, traditions, national costumes and the way they are interwoven in tourist events. It is very important for us, and here in Altai Kray I see the topic of cultural and historic heritage in tourism is actual ”,- shared her impressions Gul’marzhan Kasenova, the head teacher of the department of geography and tourism of Pavlodar State University.

Gul’nar Kauzheparova, the deputy of the head of administration of entrepreneurship, trade and tourism of Pavlodar region of Republic Kazakhstan, is sure in a big practical benefit of the conference: “We want guest houses to appear, where tourists will have the opportunity not only to have a rest and enjoy nature but also to touch history, get acquainted with bearer of culture, to observe rituals. We see that our neighbor Altai Kray demonstrates positive example in this question. So I am sure that I will get a lot of useful information, practical experience.”

Marina Artamonova, the deputy of the department of tourism, hospitality and resort business of Novosibirsk State University of Economics And Management, noticed the fact that nowadays the way of giving the historical material is very important: “The time has come when the information should be given to young generation in the way they are interested in. Historical reconstruction are very important in event tourism and now it is getting more and more popular. Siberian Cossack society- those thing which connect the history of the regions of Siberia. There is a route in Altai Kray “Kazach’ya Podkova of Altai” and here we see the examples of reconstruction of wedding rituals and this is necessary now!”

In the limits of the conference there was a presentation of photoalbum “Tsarina of Vases”, which was created on the basis of the material gathered during the expedition of 2013. The participants of the expedition got letters of gratitude, certificates and the copies of a book. The route “Following Tsarina Of Vases”-a beautiful example of the development of cultural and cognitive tourism in Altai Kray. “It is a trip for inquisitive, for those who want to get knew knowledge,- thinks the author of the text of the book, writer of political essays Sergey Teplyakov.-People travel to different corners of the world to see wonders, and very often they are close. For us it is Big Kolyvan’ Vase”

At the conference there were discussed the questions of formation of complex tourist product of the region, intercultural communication in the sphere of tourism, tomorrow in Biysk the participants continue their work.

Die Jahreszeiten der Altai Region sind nicht vorhersagbar. Im Sommer steht am Morgen Nebel, am Mittag herrscht Hitze und in der Nacht kommt ein Gewitter.

Economics

Der Schnee bedeckt den Boden erst Mitte November und fängt an zu schmelzen Anfang April. Die Niederschlagsmenge beträgt 40-60 cm.

Interessante Informationen

Der Winter im Altai dauert eine lange Zeit und bringt viel Schnee und strenge Fröste. Eines Winters bauen die Kinder kleine und große Schneemänner überall,  und anderes Winters ist der Boden mit Schnee kaum bedeckt. Aber jeden Winter fahren alle Ski, laufen Schlittschuhe oder rodeln.


Health and Beauty

Die Flora der Altairegion zählt 1184 Arten von Pflanzen, darunter mehr als 100 Heilpflanzen, deren Verwendung in Medizin offiziell erlaubt ist.

Das sind: Rosenwurzel,  Maralwurzel,  Süßklee,  Nord-ostasiatische Pfingstrose,  Echtes Süßholz u.s.w.  Es gibt auch solche Heilpflanzen, deren Kultur zu kompliziert ist und deren Naturvorräte die einzige Quelle der Rohstoffe für Heilmittelproduktion darstellen. Das sind Adonisröschen, Preiselbeere, Sumpfcalmus, Nuphar lutea.
